We carry out domestic and industrial / commercial built up felt roofing. As the result of your enquiry our Contracts Manager will arrange a mutually convenient time to inspect your roof. In most cases he will know whether your roof needs complete stripping, re-decking and felting or whether felting only will suffice. Should he be unsure as to the state of the substrate he will include a PC sum in the estimate which will be deducted should extra work not be required. We use torch-on felt and offer a one layer system which carries a ten year labour and materials guarantee and a two layer torch-on felt system which carries a fifteen year labour and materials guarantee.
Of course there are all sorts of variations to our roofing systems such as using insulation when required. Our Contracts Manager will be happy to discuss your requirements in accordance with any construction regulations and any budgets where realistic.
As a result of the need for cold roofing work to be carried out particularly in the public sector, we became QA approved installers of Liquid Plastics Ltd in February 2005. We were the first approved contractors in North Wales. Since then we have successfully carried out all types of Decothane work for various county councils, hospitals and the like as well as in the domestic sector. We have used the Balcons system for walkways on roofs and on balconies for people’s homes. Our company details can be found on the Liquid Plastics Ltd website at www.liquidplastics.co.uk and we can provide information on contracts we have carried out. We have used the Liquid Plastics system at Trawsfynydd Decommissioning Site on the reactor and ponds roofs.
Our slaters have over fifty years of experience between them. We carry out slating work on all sorts of properties.
We give free no-obligation estimates arranged by our Contracts Manager. We have a friendly approach to business, especially as our company has a very family attitude. Consequently we are very happy to discuss your requirements and work within any budgets as realistically as possible.
